Cancellation & Payment Policy
In order to ensure we can accommodate all our guests on our waitlist, we request a 24 hour notice to cancel your appointment to avoid a 50% charge of tour total service. We are unable to hold an appointment without a major credit card on file. In the event of a no-show occurrence, a charge of the full service price will be applied.

  • Gratuity

    Gratuity is always welcome and greatly appreciated, it may only be accepted in the form of cash, Qucikpay and Venmo. We cannot process gratuity on credit cards.

  • Late Policy

    We are committed to giving you the best one-on-one service possible. Please notify us if you are running late. More than 15 mins late will cause us to reschedule your appointment.

  • Product & Service Policy

    At Salon 833, we want to make sure you are happy with your product purchase, however if you are not completely satisfied, a product exchange can be made within 10 days . Your purchase history must be in our database.

    We take great pride in creating the best experience possible. If there is anything we can do to improve your experience, please let us know within 10 days of your service so we can achieve our goal of 100% customer satisfaction.
