Cancellation & Payment Policy
In order to ensure that we can accommodate all of our guests on our cancellation list, we request at least 24-hour notice to cancel your appointment or a 100% charge of service missed/canceled will take effect. We are unable to hold any appointment without a major credit card. If you do not notify us and no-show without 24-hour notice, there will be a charge for the full service price for all services missed.

  • Gratuity

    Gratuity is always welcome and greatly appreciated, it may only be accepted in the form of cash, Qucikpay and Venmo. We cannot process gratuity on credit cards. An ATM is located in our salon for your convenience.

  • Late Policy

    We are committed to giving you the best one-on-one service possible. Please notify us if you think you may be running late. More than 15 minutes late may cause us to have to reschedule.

  • Product & Service Policy

    At Salon 833, we want to make sure you are happy with your product purchase, however if you are not completely satisfied, a product exchange can be made within 10 days . Your purchase history must be in our database.

    We take great pride in creating the best experience possible. If there is anything we can do to improve your experience, please let us know within 10 days of your service so we can achieve our goal of 100% customer satisfaction.
