Cancellation & Payment Policies
In order to ensure that we can accommodate all of our guests, we require at least 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We are unable to hold any appointment without a major credit card. If you no-show or cancel without 24-hour notice, you will be charged 50% of the service missed.
Please note all gratuity is greatly appreciated in the form of cash, Qucikpay and Venmo. We cannot process gratuity on credit cards. An ATM is located in our salon for your convenience.
We are committed to giving you the best one-on-one service possible. Please notify us if you think you may be running late. More than 15 minutes late may cause us to have to reschedule.
